Complete Payment

Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed. If you encounter any issues during payment, please contact our customer service at service@champkickz.com or via our Discord support.

Order Confirmation
We will confirm the details of your order, including size, delivery address, and any special requirements to ensure accuracy. -
Quality Control (QC) Contact
You must contact us via email at service@champkickz.com or through Discord to receive Quality Control (QC) pictures of your items. If you have selected this service, we will provide QC pictures via the platform of your choice. The order will not be shipped until QC is confirmed by you. -
QC Approval
Once you approve the QC pictures, your order will proceed to shipping. We will confirm the size, delivery information, and QC status before dispatch. -
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 7-12 business days. After confirming the QC pictures, the package is handed over to the carrier. -
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, and a tracking number will be assigned within 2-4 business days.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Shipping Duration: Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days after dispatch. In exceptional cases, delivery may take longer, with potential delays extending up to 10-18 business days. If such delays occur, feel free to contact us.

Tracking Status Updates: Please note that tracking statuses may not update frequently. The most important status update will appear once your package is processed in Germany. From there, it usually takes 3-5 business days for delivery to your home destination.

Financial Compensation: Customers are entitled to financial compensation if the delivery of their package is delayed by more than 1 business day beyond the expected delivery time.
Please note that processing and delivery times are calculated in business days.
Tracking Your Order

Tracking Number: A tracking number will be provided within 2-4 business days after the package is handed over to the carrier and will be updated on our website.

Unreceived Tracking Information: If you do not receive your tracking number within 7-12 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder. If it’s not there, please contact us directly for assistance.
Multiple Deliveries
- Split Shipments: If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to expedite delivery. You will receive a separate shipment confirmation email for each package to keep you informed.

Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered Monday to Friday.

Weekend Delivery: Depending on the carrier, some orders may be eligible for delivery on Saturday or Sunday.
Insurance & Compensation
- Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout to cover any potential loss or damage during transit.
- Without insurance, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. In case your package is damaged or lost, and you have purchased insurance, please contact our support team immediately, and we will arrange either a refund or reshipment of your order.
Customs and Duties

Customs and Duties: Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by ChampKickz.

With Insurance: If you have purchased shipping insurance, we will cover any customs or duties fees incurred during the shipping process. You will not be responsible for any additional charges at customs.
Global Events and Unforeseen Delays
- Possible Delays: Shipping and delivery times may be affected by global events or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, pandemics (such as COVID-19), transportation strikes, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or technical issues in our warehouse. Such events may lead to temporary delays in order processing and shipping. If your order is impacted by any of these situations, we will do our best to notify you and assist with any inquiries.
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@champkickz.com. Once the package has been dispatched, address changes will no longer be possible.
Damaged or Lost Packages

With Insurance: If the customer has purchased insurance, they should contact our support team in case of a damaged or lost package. We will arrange either a refund or reshipment.

Without Insurance: We are not liable for any lost or damaged packages if insurance has not been purchased.
