Shoes detained by Customs or Duties
If it's detained by the customs of shipping side ,we will rearrange send one
pair to you. (We only arrange to resend shoes once, and we will not be
responsible if the parcel detained again.)
If it's detained by the customs of destination side or a matter of tariff, we will bear half part of it for you.
But the chances of being caught by customs are slim
What do I do if tracking is telling me my label has been created, but it's not telling me where it is?
This happens a lot with DHL and unfortunately there is nothing that can be done about it.
Tracking updates will appear when the package arrives in the Netherlands or Germany.
In most cases the update is shown after 10-12 working days in transit.
If the update doesn't appear, don't hesitate to contact our customer support and they will solve your problem @ service@champkickz.com
How to choose my size?
Normally most of our shoes are true to size, but because the US size is
divided into men and women, it is best to order according to the
European size(Yeezy runs half a size small).
If you have still not sure, please contact our customer service for more details.
Preferably use the official brand tables to measure the dimension
How does the order process work?
Quite simply, and absolutely anyone can do it.
On our website you can choose over 900+ pieces of shoes or clothing.
You can find them easily, either by searching for a single piece using our search engine, or by finding the product in the navigation or on the main page.
You add the item to your basket, fill in all the delivery details carefully and make the payment through a secure payment gateway.
And bang! It's done, now you just wait for the courier to deliver your package. 😊
How does delivery work?
Again, simple and nothing to worry about.
Once your ordered product arrives at our warehouse, we carefully photograph it and send it to you for approval, you choose whether you like the product and want it or want a refund.
If you approve the shipment, we will forward the package to the delivery company from our warehouse in China. All packages are sent via DHL, DPD, EMS
Then you wait 12-15 working days, the package comes between these working days.
How long does total delivery take?
Delivery is always individual depending on the country you order to and the world situation.
99% percent of all orders reach the customer within 15 working days, below you will find a breakdown of delivery days from courier companies' records.
Europe @ 10-15 working days
United States @ 9-15 business days
Asia @ 5-9 business days
Africa @ 9-14 working days
If we don't meet delivery within these days, please contact our customer support and then we will refund you some amount of money for waiting.
